International shipping policy (Outside USA & Canada) - Calculated Shipping

Shipping is now available to United Kingdom, France, Germany, Ireland, Switzerland, Qatar, UAE and Australia.

 

Order Processing Time

All placed orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed the next day.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

The tracking details of the shipment along with the carrier information will be mailed to you once the product is out for delivery.

Please note, that it can take some time before the tracking information is updated.

Order Cancellation

We start processing your order as soon as your payment is processed and hence the cancellation of orders is not encouraged.

Important: The colors you see on your device may vary due to the varying color reproduction, brightness, resolution and temperature of individual devices. If you'd like more clarity before your purchase, please contact us at hello@lepleat.com. We will be happy to assist you with 'daylight' images if needed. We will not accept exchanges against color perception concerns. 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.
